THE ELEGANT LOVERS
The elegant lovers stood strong together on the slope, alive in an Autumn awakening. This painting was inspired by a woodland scene of two mushrooms along the Blue Ridge Parkway in the Appalachian Mountains. From the Parkway Perspectives Series and the larger Virginia Is for Lovers and Heart of America Soul of Place collections.
