At the edge of the day and the edge of the world, she looked out over the grey and golden seas. As the wind caught the edge of her garment, she surveyed the vastness of what had been swallowed by the wild Atlantic.

These rocks would be a witness and a guardian for her and all who would find the courage to see with new eyes. Unafraid, she knew the dangers that lay ahead.

She had already made her choice and felt the angry waters swirling beneath the wolf-like outcrop she stood upon. Plaintiff cries rose up in tandem with the chopping waves and met her steadfast presence on these shores with uncertainty.
