WE ARE REFINED ALONG THE WAY
The year I turned 33 my life turned in upon itself. I wandered through a world of blinding light and moved unseeing toward the tree of life my heart remembered. I seemed hopelessly lost and stumbled through the dark. I came to rest beneath the lonely tree and only then could I see that mine had been a road of many riches, paved for those adorned by God in robes of purple leaves and a crown of radiance.
Refined by life, and all the back and forth, we are revealed as radiant and resplendent, meant to partake of the glory and goodness of God. You, too, are walking a royal road and being refined along the way.
